Fermentation is in French oak for 8-10 months, which gives the wine impressive structure and testure without overt oak flavours. The palate presents white peach, oatmeal and subtle vanilla with hints of cedar, toasted oak and roasted almond characteristics.

Light to medium bodied Pinot Noir. The nose displays raspberry and bright red fruit leading to a palate of ripe red fruit, toasty oak, chocolate and spices.

This 2015 Sparkling was produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes using traditional method champenoise. It is a brut style sparkling showing quince and apple characters on the nose, leading to a palate of toasty brioche, honey, and a creamy mouthfeel.
