Fermentation is in French oak for 8-10 months, which gives the wine impressive structure and testure without overt oak flavours. The palate presents white peach, oatmeal and subtle vanilla with hints of cedar, toasted oak and roasted almond characteristics.

The palate displays plush red fruit on entry with touches of raspberry coulis and beautifully balanced by subtle savoury characteristics.
