We accept:

  • To retain my club membership and the benefits that go with it, I agree to purchase either one or two dozen bottles of wines in the first year of membership. (This is either half dozen or one dozen wines in May and half dozen or one dozen wines in November).
  • I understand that my selection of wines will be used as my preference for future deliveries and that vintages and prices may change and this will show up on my order.
  • I understand that I will receive a pre-delivery notification four weeks in advance, at which time I can elect to accept the Sharmans selection of wines, or choose my own selection of wine, and alter my delivery details including address and credit card details.
  • Sharmans Wine Club cellar door and online discount (20% off standard per bottle prices) will apply only to other wine purchases not to other merchandise bought from us.
  • Sharmans Wines dispatches wine orders every Wednesday. All orders will be dispatched the next Wednesday after payment has been finalised. You will be kept informed if there is a significant delay in sending your order. All deliveries are via Australia Post eParcel service. You will be sent a tracking number by email from Australia Post. Delivery takes 5-10 working days after being dispatched.
  • I am 18 years or older. I accept that for delivery there must be a person 18 years or older present to sign. The wines I am purchasing are not for re-sale by a licensed person.
  • I authorise Sharmans Wines to debit my credit card with the cost of my wine deliveries each order period.
  • Your privacy is of greatest importance to us. Sharmans Wines will NOT sell, distribute or release any of your personal details to any third party organisation. Your details, unless otherwise specified by you, will not be used for any other purpose other than for the use of your club membership. We will use the details provided by you to process your membership wines only.

Privacy Act: Your details remain yours and may only be shared with our agents for the purposes of communicating (winery) offers only. They will NOT be sold or rented to any other companies. When making an online purchase, you automatically become a member of the Sharmans Wine Club. If you do not wish this to happen, please opt-out at time of purchase or contact us directly via email or phone.
